Traces led the end-to-end delivery of a field medical center in Arsal, a border region with limited access to formal healthcare infrastructure. The scope covered site preparation, structural outfitting, and full medical equipment procurement — from examination rooms to basic diagnostic capability.

The center now provides essential outpatient services to thousands of residents and displaced families who previously had to travel long distances for routine care, easing pressure on regional hospitals and improving early treatment outcomes.

For a newly built medical center in Akkar, Traces managed the full equipment supply chain — sourcing, importing, and installing diagnostic, examination, and patient-care equipment to meet WHO-aligned operational standards from day one.

Coordinating with the center's engineering team, our logistics network ensured every unit arrived on schedule and was commissioned before opening, allowing the facility to serve thousands of patients monthly without delay.

Ahead of a harsh winter season in the Beqaa Valley, Traces coordinated the procurement and distribution of over 5,000 winterization kits — heating fuel vouchers, insulated clothing, and thermal blankets — to families in informal settlements and host communities.

Distribution was sequenced by household vulnerability assessment and completed before the first cold snap, working alongside community focal points to verify delivery and avoid duplication across camps.

Informal displacement camps across Central Beqaa face recurring structural damage each winter as wind and snow load strain aging tent canvas. Traces sourced and distributed heavy-duty weatherproof tarps sized to each camp's tent inventory.

Field teams worked directly with camp representatives to prioritize the most exposed and damaged structures first, reinforcing shelter integrity before the onset of severe weather and reducing emergency repair calls through the season.

تتعرّض مخيمات النزوح غير الرسمية في البقاع الأوسط لأضرار إنشائية متكررة كل شتاء نتيجة أحمال الرياح والثلوج على أقمشة الخيام المتقادمة. وفّرت تريسس ووزّعت أقمشة مقاومة للطقس بأحجام تناسب مخزون خيام كل مخيم.

عملت الفرق الميدانية مباشرة مع ممثلي المخيمات لإعطاء الأولوية للهياكل الأكثر تعرضاً وتضرراً، ما عزّز سلامة المأوى قبل بدء موجات الطقس القاسي وخفّض طلبات الإصلاح الطارئة طوال الموسم.

Power interruptions in Arsal put medical equipment, cold-chain storage, and winter heating at risk each year. Traces ran a critical diesel distribution program supplying generators at clinics and community heating points on a fixed delivery schedule through the coldest months.

The program prioritized health facilities to guarantee uninterrupted operation of diagnostic and refrigeration equipment, while household-level fuel support reached families without reliable access to heating.

يشكّل انقطاع الكهرباء في عرسال خطراً سنوياً على المعدات الطبية والتخزين المبرّد والتدفئة الشتوية. أدارت تريسس برنامج توزيع ديزل حيوي لتزويد المولدات في العيادات ونقاط التدفئة المجتمعية وفق جدول تسليم ثابت خلال أبرد الأشهر.

أعطى البرنامج الأولوية للمرافق الصحية لضمان التشغيل المستمر لأجهزة التشخيص والتبريد، فيما وصل دعم الوقود على مستوى الأسر للعائلات التي لا تملك مصدر تدفئة موثوق.

A multi-site hospital outfitting engagement spanning surgical suites, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, and general patient-care wards. Traces managed procurement, import logistics, and installation across every department in a single coordinated rollout.

Equipment specifications were aligned to each facility's clinical scope and WHO-compliant standards, giving partner hospitals a fully operational, standards-aligned environment from surgical theater to bedside care.
